I am not religious,
I have never been converted to a faith
but I can understand its electrifying nature

I imagine it must feel like

Learning there is a cure for a sickness
that has tortured you all your life

Discovering you could be everything you want to be Be someone you never thought you could be

To breathe deeply and easily
after decades waiting for things to get worse

It must be beautiful, whether true or not.
