‘tiny infinities’

Call me by my secret name,
The one I don’t even know yet

Make my love language your mother tongue
And speak a deluge of life-giving nourishment, so
effortless from your lips and hands as they hold mine.

Each tiny infinity of a warm glance or stray hair brushed,
complete with enough for a lifetime of reminiscing.

If this is all I get with you, this is enough.
But I dare to hope for more.
